The price does not include:

- linens (sheets, towels, tablecloth, etc.)

- where not included in the apartment's equipment, the beach spot can be personally booked from the various Consorzi Arenili. The Agency provides the contact of the responsible lifeguard upon request.

Security deposit:

The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and household appliances (dishes, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any breakage or damage to objects must be compensated at market prices.

As a guarantee of the punctual respect of the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order within the indicated time, the client will pay a deposit to Immobiliare Mazzini when collecting the key. This deposit will be returned if the apartment is in order.
